What to expect Women coming together to focus “on ourselves” while connecting with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere. Panel of professional women speaking on the importance of taking care of ourselves. Will give Tips and Tricks on navigating your health care, how to stay healthy, nutrition, to fitness. Learn about other women's business by visiting the Resource Tables set up around the room. And enjoy scrumptious Hors d'oeuvre to fortify your body.

Reserve a Resource Table promoting your business. Tables will be placed around the room to share information about your business. We have capacity for 14 Tables. $75 for Members and $125 for Non-Members. Includes a six-foot Table & Tablecloth and admission for One, please be set up by 4:00 pm

Christopher Rappold, Founder of Personal Best Karate, has spent over 30 years empowering children, families, and communities through the transformative power of martial arts. A 7th Degree Black Belt with a degree in Exercise Physiology, he is renowned for his ability to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. As a master teacher and coach, Rappold’s approach is centered on fostering growth, resilience, and empowerment in every student.
A five-time World Karate Champion, Rappold’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the competitive arena. His contributions have earned him numerous honors, including induction into the Sport Martial Arts History Museum in Houston and recognition as a “Point of Light” by the Joe Andruzzi Foundation for his community service. As the President of Personal Best Charity, Rappold leads initiatives such as the Thanksgiving Brigade, which has provided thousands of meals to local families in need. Additionally, his dedication to safety and education is demonstrated through his bullying prevention programs, which have been presented in over 30 school districts.

Nancy Oliveira, MS RD CDCES, is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She is manager of the Nutrition and Wellness Service at Brigham at Women’s Hospital and science writer at The Nutrition Source website from the Harvard School of Public Health. Her mission is to help patients and the public sort through the vast amount of nutrition information (and misinformation) to determine personalized nutrition strategies, to deflate hyped fad diets that circulate on social media, and to share why scientific evidence is still the best source of nutrition guidance.

Navigating your health care. As you reach certain milestones in your life what should you be doing to stay healthy.
Dr. Xia Yun is a primary care physician at Brigham and Women’s Primary Care in Foxboro. She graduated from Tongji Medical College in China and received a master's degree in neuroscience from the University of North Texas. She completed her internal medicine residency training at Mercy Health in Ohio.
She is passionate about promoting lifestyle changes, mindfulness, and positive psychology to improve physical and mental health. Over the past seven years, she has given more than 30 presentations to physicians, communities, and schools and wrote more than 100 articles on healthy living. She believes prevention is the best medicine.
