As a brand champion, you will lead our local grassroots efforts, building visibility and trust through strategic sign placement and community engagement.

Reports directly to the Business Owner.

Responsibilities

  • Field Engagement: Execute a door-to-door community marketing plan to secure permission for lawn sign placements in residential areas.
  • Network Outreach: Contact existing tutors and past/current clients via phone, text, or email to coordinate additional sign placements.
  • Maintenance & Professionalism: Respond promptly and professionally to property owners'.
  • Data Management: Track all field activity, permissions, and sign photos (for both placement and removal) using our specialized mobile application, CMA Tracker.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a professional first point of contact, answering basic questions about our personalized tutoring services.

Hours

  • Flexible Schedule: 5-20 hours per week during active campaign periods, easily scheduled around classes.
  • Optimal Timing: Shifts are typically 2–5 hours and generally take place between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.


Qualifications

  • Consistency: Consistency in weekly outreach is key; we are looking for reliable ambassadors who show up and work toward their activity targets every week.
  • Communication: You must be outgoing, personable, and confident when initiating conversations with homeowners.
  • Independence: Self-motivated individuals who can stay on routes and stay productive without direct supervision.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone for the CMA Tracker app are required.
 

Compensation

  • Training: Orientation and any training are paid at $15/hour.  Training will not exceed 2 weeks, but may be less.
  • Performance: Potential to transition to a results-based model after training with bonuses
