Community Impact Specialist
The Community Impact Specialist supports New Hopes's mission by executing marketing, communication, and development initiatives that enhance community engagement, donor relationships, and public awareness of New Hopes programs and services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to solicit, compile, and create engaging social media content, fostering increased audience engagement.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications, such as e-newsletters, brochures, and the annual impact report.
- Support the development and execution of an annual communications plan in partnership with the Senior Director, Community Impact, and DEI.
- Identify and schedule public speaking opportunities for leadership, including the CEO and Senior Team members.
- Ensure consistency in branding and style across website, print, and electronic communications.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, including audience engagement, media impressions, and social media growth.
