Levy\, MD to explore current topics in women's health. Both practice at BWH's Ambulatory Care Center in Chestnut Hill\, MA.\n\n\n\nHow Women's Health Is Different from Men's Health: Women's health researcher and primary care provider Dr. Rexrode will talk about sex differences in numerous chronic diseases\, with a focus on heart disease.\n\n\n\nThe Health Benefits of Integrative Medicine in the 21st Century. Dr Levy will discuss a holistic approach to maintaining health and well-being  including the concept of resiliency  and how we can better care for ourselves every day.\n\n \n\nKathryn Rexrode\, MD\, MPH is the Chief of the Division of Women's Health in the Department of Medicine at BWH and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She also practices primary care at the Fish Center for Women's Health and serves as the Faculty Director for the Office for Women's Careers at BWH's Center for Diversity and Inclusion. Dr. Rexrode has broad and deep research experience in women's health\, with a particular interest in the role of obesity and hormonal factors on chronic disease\, as well as the understanding of sex differences. Her current research focuses on the impact of metabolism on the risk of heart disease and stroke in women.\n\n\n\nDonald B. Levy\, MD is the Medical Director of the Osher Clinical Center for Integrative Medicine where he sees patients for Integrative Medicine consults. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He was a primary care provider for 25 years and is highly regarded for his accomplishments in teaching and patient care.
