How the event Works –
•  Each person is assigned a seat ahead of time in order to make sure there is not more than one person of each industry at a table. So it is very important to register in advance.
•   Attendees will mingle a bit, before sitting down and then a lunch buffet is served.
•    As you  are finishing lunch, each table will be asked to introduce themselves.
•    A  facilitator will be at each table and the formal networking begins.
•    The facilitator makes sure each person gets the same amount of allotted time to speak – usually about five minutes each. We also encourage everyone to bring resources from their company as well as their business cards if they’d like.
