Join us on October 25th for a rejuvenating evening all about you and elevating your physical and emotional health. Come Connect!!  Your health and well-being will thank you.

We will begin at 4:00 where you can network and browse the tables, followed by your choice of 1 of the 2 breakout sessions for a healthier you.  At 5:30 we will all connect again in the main room for heavy hors d’oeuvres and networking.  Our keynote is Megan Murphy founder of the Kindness Rocks Project, Megan will be focusing on the importance of connection.  “One message at just the right moment can change someone’s entire day, outlook, life.”   The goal of this presentation is to introduce members to the concept of “Kindversations” and how simple everyday acts of kindness can produce greater connections.  Will also include a Kindness Rocks Workshop, painting rocks. 



Our Keynote: Megan Murphy Founder of the Kindness Rocks Project
      Megan Murphy is a Women’s Empowerment Coach, Author, Business Mentor, Kindness Activist, Meditation Instructor and Lecturer. She is a business mentor for SCORE, Freelance Writer, and Creator of The Kindness Rocks Project. She resides on Cape Cod, MA with her husband, three daughters and two giant dogs.
      Megan is a Certified Professional Coach (C.P.C.) and Score certified mentor earning her coaching certifications through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (i.P.E.C.) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation I.C.F.
       Megan has been featured on The Today Show, Fox News Boston, NBC Boston, WCVB Channel 5; 5 for Good segment, The Boston Globe, The Detroit Free Press, The Washington Post, Cape Cod Life Magazine, Conscious Life Magazine, Parents Magazine, Highlights for Kids Magazine, Country Living Magazine, First for Women Magazine, The Cape Cod Times, Today.com, The Huffington Post,  Southern Living Magazine and many other regional news media outlets across the country where members of the project participate.
