As HR Leaders, your time, resources and energy are in limited supply.  So how do you make sure you make the best possible use of these precious resources?
The answer lies in focusing on the difference between being efficient at work, versus being effective.
In this workshop you will learn:

  2. How to ensure you work on the right things, in the right order
  3. How to be results-focused rather than activity-focused
