Ribbon Cutting at Mainstream Coaching and Wellness

Come celebrate Mainstream Coaching and Wellness new location in Mansfield with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on March 15^th at 11am
 
 
Mainstream Coaching and Wellness offers weekly classes for all ages (Kid’s Yoga, yoga for adults and meditation classes)  as well as healing services such as Reiki and Intuitive Angel Card Readings. 
 
Elizabeth also offers one on one coaching sessions for both kids and adults and periodically offers informative and healing workshops to learn, heal and grow.
