Service of Remembrance & Thanksgiving

You are cordially invited to share in this celebration of love and remembrance for our Hospice and Palliative Care patients, community members, relatives and all loved ones who have died. Our interfaith service honors the life and memory of loved ones and features music, candle lighting, readings, and other tributes, and is followed by a reception with light refreshments.
