Growing a Better World:  Understanding Your Role in Social Change
We are in a time of social change where what we grew up believing doesn't always hold true in today's world.  With multiple generations entering the workforce with different values, social behaviors, communication, and relationships, the workplace has become a microcosm of global social change. In this conversation, we explore what social change is and how it affects our careers from how gender roles may be defined or a corporate culture based on a generational mindset to how we embrace new technologies, business structures or even our own family dynamics.
 
By attending you will gain:
- A better awareness of your own values based on your generational mindset.
- An understanding of other?s perceptions and values.
- An understanding we all have some power to accelerate or derail social change.
 
We will have an optional smaller group discussion on specific topics related to social change, after the presentation for those interested.
