Chicken Quesadilla Flour tortillas with Jack cheese & grilled Cajun or plain chicken.  Served with sour cream & salsa.
 
Greek Salad Fresh greens with red onions, cucumbers, green peppers, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, tomatoes, Greek feta & a touch of oregano.  Served with grilled pita.
 
Mansfield Fruit & Nutty Salad Fresh greens, carrots, sliced apples, mandarins, crisp pears, celery, cranberries, walnuts, almonds, tomatoes & crumbled bleu cheese.
 
Pub Club  Triple decker of turkey, mayo, crisp lettuce, slices of tomato, bacon, and American cheese
 
Veggie melt  A medley of fresh seasonal vegetables stir-fried and topped with Brie, served on grilled pita.
