Young Professional Monthly Meeting "Welcome to Management"

This YP meeting will have a Special Guest Speaker on....
“Welcome to Management”!  A workshop designed for new and experienced managers and those who aspire to be in management some day.  Learn the 4 basic functions of a manager; tips for giving feedback to your direct reports; how to add value to your company as a manager; and more.  Bring your questions! 
 
Karen A. Benz, M.S., is the Head Coach for BetterManager, located in San Francisco.  The company provides management development services (training and executive coaching) to start ups in Silicon Valley.  Karen has been an Executive Coach for over 20 years and teaches Management courses at Roger Williams University.  She is the Secretary of the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
