SUMMARY: The talented cook will be responsible for preparing foods live in front of guests. Requires interaction and pleasant demeanor. Must show full competence in gilling meats, sauté station and/or expediting. Ideal candidate will have already achieved a high level of culinary success and competency line cooking.
