SUMMARY

The Gillette Stadium Food Service Lead oversees the operational readiness of our portable food and beverage locations and staff. Their primary focus is to ensure all alcohol sales policies are followed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee the safe and responsible service of alcohol.
  2. Verify and monitor product inventories to ensure they are maintained at the appropriate levels.
  3. Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
  4. Train staff on basic foodservice operations.
  5. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position will oversee assigned concessions locations on event day.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Foodservice management experience is not necessary, but preferred
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Densely populated on event day
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
  • Ability to work nights and weekends

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain Serve Safe Certification.
  • TEAMs Training Certification or ability to obtain TEAMs certification.
